Starfleet Personnel File
Neural Interface
The character has had a cybernetic device implanted directly into their brain, allowing them to interface with computers and similar technologies with their thoughts. Initiating or breaking the link between their minds and a computer system takes a Minor Action, and while they are connected they may reroll the d20 gained from using ship's Systems. However, any time the ship suffers a Breach the character also suffers 3 CD of Stress.
Cautious: Security
Whenever you attempt a Task with Security, and you buy one or more d20s by spending Momentum, you may re-roll a single d20.
Meticulous
You are patient, methodical, and check for errors before considering Tasks complete. Whenever they use Engineering to complete a Task, you may negate one Complication generated from the roll. However, during timed Tasks or Challenges, you take 1 more interval to complete the Task.
Intense Scrutiny
Whenever you succeed at a Task using Reason or Control as part of an Extended Task, you may ignore up to two Resistance for every Effect rolled.
Dagger had a rough childhood with an overbearing, emotionally distant, but not abusive, father. (Ed.Note: Dagger's father was in Starfleet Intelligence, but would never tell Dagger.) Dagger thought that many of the skills that his father passed on to him were normal childhood things, but they were anything but. As such, his past is not something he likes talking about. However, because of his past, he quickly attracted the attention of SI after joining the academy. He was recruited early, and mentored by some of the best in SI. As a result, he is cold, calculating, and meticulous. He has an aptitude for computers and systems, and was implanted with a neural link in SI, which helps him interface directly with, and hack computers.
Winning is his only goal, and being discovered means failure. He values teamwork when it means he can better accomplish his goal. Of winning.
As part of his implants, Dagger was implanted with a holographic face mask. He keeps it on all the time, and changes face often. As such, no one's really sure what his true face looks like.
